Alliance Pharma Cambodge is the big local company in Cambodia which achieved the inter­national standard of WHO-GSDP, for the storage and distribution of Pharmaceutical and cold-chain products. The Quality Management System of the company has been certified with ISO 9001-2015. Alliance Pharma Cambodge was established since 2001, our business is to do marketing, sales and distribute pharmaceutical, health care, and baby care products in Cambodia.we are seeking for the qualified candidates for position:

  • Administration Purchaser (1 position)

1) Job Location

Based in Phnom Penh

2) Responsibility

  • Attend to Company walk-in visitors and assist the visitors concern or purpose by directing them to the appropriate department
  • Utility control inside and around APC’s office area.
  • Before leaving office Administrator must walk around and check the room to ensure that no air-condition, light, water, computer, other Machine are turn on without people around or using.
  • Help organize Company’s events such as Company outing, Team Building, Community outreach program, etc.
  • Purchasing all inventory monitoring
  • Responsible in monitoring and control of the cleaning materials, equipment and supplies. Ensure availability and enough supply for daily use.
  • Responsible in managing the Admin Non-stock warehouse. This include security, storage ,releasing ,maintain and inventory
  • Check all machine for office use must be proper work & well maintenance
  • Check security guard, security books, to confirm the security are safe to comply with SOP and work instruction.

3) Job requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree of any course or preferably Bachelor’s degree of Mass Communication or Hotel and Restaurant management
  • Experience: preferably with at least One (1) year experience in any job.
  • Skills: Good communication skills, English Language comprehension, Customer care training, computer literate
  • Enjoy team work
  • Male
